Thank you for choosing Wild Pally! We are committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth experience with returns, refunds, and warranties. Please review our policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
Initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in the same condition that you received them in, they must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

- Choose between an exchange, store credit, or refund (subject to a 10% restocking fee).
- Return the item to our address: PO Box 977, Mullumbimby, NSW, 2482 Australia.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, and if it’s in its original condition, we'll process your exchange, refund or store credit.
Warranties:
We offer a one year warranty on all products.
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
Allow 1-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
'Made to order' items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
Sales items and Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping fees and optional insurance are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
Report lost packages within 60 days of receiving tracking information.
Customers must have purchased insurance to be eligible for a refund or replacement of goods that are damaged or lost.
